Who We Are

A Decade of Grassroots Compassion & Strategic Change

Human Welfare Foundation (HWF) is one of India's prominent non-governmental developmental organizations, established to uplift socio-economically backward communities, marginalized minorities, and distressed families.

Under our umbrella flagship program Vision 2026, we move beyond emergency charity into sustainable capacity-building. We construct model schools, run mobile diagnostic clinics, sponsor orphan education, and empower youth with market-aligned livelihood skills.

Our Purpose

Guiding Vision & Core Mission

Our Vision

To transform underprivileged and marginalized communities across India into educated, economically resilient, and socially empowered citizens, fostering a just, equitable, and harmonious society where every child and family lives with dignity.

Our Mission

To design, fund, and execute grassroots interventions in primary & higher education, preventive healthcare, vocational livelihood training, residential orphan care, and immediate disaster relief through institutional partnerships and community leadership.

Guiding Principles

Our Core Values

Integrity & Transparency

Every rupee entrusted to us is tracked, publicly audited, and utilized strictly for genuine ground beneficiaries.

Universal Inclusivity

We serve individuals regardless of caste, creed, gender, or geographic location, prioritizing the most vulnerable.

Human Dignity

Our interventions focus on long-term self-reliance so beneficiaries gain respect, confidence, and financial independence.

Sustainability

We build lasting local educational and health infrastructure rather than momentary, short-term relief measures.
