Established in 2012 in Jamia Nagar, New Delhi, ISTC has expanded to 11 active centres across eight North Indian states. As a key component of HWF’s economic empowerment efforts, ISTC equips disadvantaged youth, women, and marginalized communities with market-relevant skills.
Through its comprehensive training approach, ISTC imparts practical skills, technical knowledge, professional confidence, and a positive attitude, empowering individuals for employment, self-employment, and entrepreneurship.
